, the new website of Officine Panerai, aims to become one of the main landmarks in the world of sailing competitions as it collects detailed information related to Panerai Classic Yacht Challenge, the  most important international regatta circuit for classic sailing vessels.

The Italian watchmaking brand got involved in the sailing world in 1938 when the Italian Navy chose the Florentine company as a supplier of watches and other precise instruments for their needs. Nowadays,  Officine Panerai is well known promoter in the sailing world thanks to the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge regatta which currently experiences its eighth edition.

On this website visitors can find the Special Edition watches that the company designs each year for the PCYC  circuit, as well as they are provided with a continuous flow of information about the regatta through stories, videos and images from renowned photographers, who try not to miss a single detail of this competition that takes place every year between April and September.

This year’s PCYC  calendar consists of different races in Italy, France, Spain, England, Antigua (Caribbean) and the U.S.

In the Classic Yachts Archive section you will find a detailed list of the most beautiful boats of all times having technical and historical information, a wide selection of images and explanations of the main differences among boats. With all this information, this section is ideal for all lovers of sloops, cutters, schooners, ketches and yawls since it includes constantly updated references of more than  300 “Treasures of the sea.”
