The Swedish shipyard choose the brand B&G to equip their boats.
B&G announced that the luxury sailboat manufacturer Arcona has decided to install B&G electronic equipment in its full range of cruise boats.
The Arcona Yachts shipyard, known throughout Europe for the construction of structural steel boats and their boats’ speed in the races, offers a range of boats consisting of six models with lengths between 34 and 46 feet.
Arcona Yachts, which boats have won numerous awards to date, will be now equipped with the B&G Triton displays, showing precise information about the speed, depth, wind and more.
Triton being the best sailing instrumentation in its class offers a LCD display which ensures maximum clarity, no condensation and spectacular viewing angle of 170 degrees.
All models also will also use the Zeus navigation system 8, which provides specific functions for sailing including overlapping leylines on the card, the presentation of GRIB weather data via USB and the compatibility with the Radar Broadband 4G™ for unbeatable safety in the water.
Arcona sailing yachts with a double helm will have a DI10 in the second round as a complementary screen to the plotter Zeus. Arcona also offers customers an option to instal the Radar Broadband 3G™, the Radar Broadband 4G™, and the H3000 system.
