On Saturday June 16, Beneteau delivered a fleet of 23 motor boats to the Organizing Committee of Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) at a special ceremony held in Weymouth, south of England.

This fleet, whose value fluctuates around £ 3.6 million, is composed of two Swift trawler 52, four Swift trawler 44, Swift trawler 34, an Antares 36, two Flyer Gran Turismo 44, Antares 7.80 three, four Antares 8.80 and six Barracuda 9 being supplied by Beneteau dealer network in the UK.

The 23 yachts will be used to monitor the Olympic and Paralympic sailing venues in Weymouth and Portland, besides accommodating to royalty, heads of state, journalists, organizers, officials and other personalities.

The London 2012 Olympic Games will be held from July 27 to August 12, 2012 and later, from August 29 to September 9, will host the Paralympic Games.
